She commences by offering details to the disclosed document prepared by Michael Prescott and printed in a daily publication.
"I do not desire the British Broadcasting Corporation slanting toward one side or the other, My only wish is for it balanced, fair and equitable," he says.
Upon being questioned if he thinks the British Broadcasting Corporation is structurally prejudiced, the adviser replies: "No, I do not. It is important to note, numerous aspects the British Broadcasting Corporation does is exceptional - both informative and non-factual content."
But he adds: "There remains significant effort that must be undertaken at the British Broadcasting Corporation."
A further ex-adviser BBC adviser interviewed by the panel, Caroline Daniel, says she regards the BBC with great importance and that it has a "ongoing system and active debate" across evolving and intricate issues.
"Did the BBC prepared to have a thorough dialogue and argument and act accordingly?" she reflects. "As I see it, affirmative, they were."
